![]() The original power source was a proprietary plug and if you lose that plug or you lost it, youre done this thing. As we look on the back, we see a lot of similarities, but there is one huge difference between the 2.0 and the original, and that is the plug for the power source. You can either do high cooling or low cooling, so thatll be interesting to see how that works. This plus button right here is actually a turbo mode and then, of course, this one that looks like a snowflake that is actually our high cooling mode. We have our lights well, these two buttons are absolutely new. Well, this one you can tell is our low, medium and high for the fan on this side. I know you cant see it from that angle, whereas the 2.Ġ actually has four buttons lets take a close up. The original one only has two buttons on the top, and that is the fan, speed and the light. So i get the best angle, these um vent blades here or this cover is actually speckled, where the other one is just a plain gray, another notable difference between the original arctic air pure chill and the 2.0. Although the new one is a little different, i guess this is to allow you to quick and easy ice access where this one you had to take off the top that way cosmetic difference here on the 2.0 is, i dont know if you can see right there. They both have the water reservoirs on top. ![]() So first initial difference we see is the original had almost like a translucent plastic area on top where the new 2.0? This is actually plastic. The original one right here on the left and the 2.0 is on the right. ![]() Get right into the review here we have the arctic air pure chill.
